TRES Engineering (Pty) Ltd was established in 2016 by Mark Pelser in Johannesburg with the goal of providing reliable engineering solutions, mechanical repairs, and high-quality products to a wide range of industries. From the outset, the company focused on delivering practical engineering support, quality workmanship, and dependable service to its growing client base.
As the business continued to grow, TRES Engineering expanded its operations to meet increasing demand. In 2019, TRES Engineering opened the doors to a larger workshop facility, allowing for increased capacity, improved service delivery, and enhanced capability in mechanical repairs.
The company continued to strengthen its presence within the engineering sector and, in 2023 and 2024, TRES Engineering was awarded major tenders with the City of Ekurhuleni, demonstrating the trust placed in the company’s capabilities, particularly in engineering services and mechanical repairs, and the quality of its work.
In 2024, TRES Engineering achieved another milestone with the acquisition of a second workshop, further expanding its operational capacity and positioning the company for continued growth in engineering services and mechanical repairs.
Today, TRES Engineering is a Level 2 BBBEE contributor and a trusted engineering partner to clients across South Africa. With a team of skilled engineers and technicians, the company provides support in engineering design, manufacturing, mechanical repairs, maintenance, and project execution, offering complete end-to-end solutions tailored to the needs of each customer.
